Order Processing

Our goal is to ship all website orders on the next business day, though this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that weekends and holidays are considered non-business days.

 

Occasionally, shipments may not go out on the next business day due to unforeseen circumstances. Examples include:

 
  • Inclement Weather : Particularly snow between November and March.
  • Holiday Demand : During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday through Christmas), we often ship on weekends to ensure timely delivery.
  • Government Shutdowns : Such as those related to COVID-19 or other reasons.
  • Staffing Shortages .
 

All orders are processed and packaged in our facility, where we also produce scented products using natural oils, essential oils, and fragrance oils. Scented items may come into contact with non-scented items and may share packaging materials. Additionally, scented items may be included as a gift in your order. If you prefer not to receive scented gifts or require a scent-free package, please leave a note at checkout or contact us via our contact form . While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that your package will be entirely scent-free.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on your location and the shipping options you select. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, depending on the provider you choose.

 

Shipping rates are determined by:

  1. The shipping provider.
  2. Package weight.
  3. Package dimensions.
  4. Your location.
 

If you believe your shipping costs are incorrect, please contact us with a list of items or a photo of your cart, and we’ll verify for any issues.

 

All shipments are sent to the address provided at checkout. To ensure timely delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and up to date. If you notice an error in the address, notify us immediately. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

 
  • If a package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can refund the cost of the items (less shipping fees) or reship the package if you cover the reshipping costs.

International Shipping (Outside the USA)

We ship to most countries worldwide from Pennsylvania, USA. However, we cannot ship to sanctioned countries. For a full list, refer to the USPS guidelines .

  • Track your packages closely, as shipments may be held at customs in your country.
